By downloading, installing, or using the SmartKalathi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Madingley Technologies Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of SmartKalathi.

Service Description

SmartKalathi is a free mobile application that allows users to:

• Compare prices of products across supermarkets in Cyprus
• Create and manage shopping lists
• Find nearby supermarkets and get directions
• Track price changes over time
• Search for products by name, category, or barcode

Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not attempt to access data not intended for you
• Not use the App in any way that could damage our reputation

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without authorization
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Scrape or harvest data from the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent

Content and Data

Price Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date price information. However:

• Prices may change without notice
• Some prices may be delayed or inaccurate
• Availability of products may vary by location
• Special offers and promotions may not always be reflected

Your Data

Your shopping lists and cart data are stored on your device and may be backed up anonymously to our cloud services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Madingley Technologies Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or create derivative works of the App
• Use any trademarks or branding without permission
• Redistribute or sublicense the App

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is €0 as the App is free)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
